Submission

Choose the thing to fix and get that approved.
You write an email with a screenshot, a short description of what's wrong and why, and what you chose and that it was approved.
You leave that email as a draft.
You go and fix the issue.
You take another screenshot and explain briefly how it's fixed. Also include a very short description (one sentence) of how you went about fixing it.
Then send the email and talk through it with your supervisor.
